Three new restaurants will fill Bellevue Towers. The largest at 6,200sq.ft. Purple Cafe, a wine bar that serves over 70 different wines by the glass. Barrio will share another space of approx. 6,500 with a restaurant yet to be named but promises espresso,teas,lunch and local baked goods. Burrio will bring creative cocktails and traditional mexican dishes with a Northwest flare.
