The Essex on the Park
A nine story mid-rise, with a collection of 32 parkfront condos inspired by New York's brownstones. The building is being designed by the Seattle Architectual firm Shugart Bates. Such architectual details will include port-cochere entrances and oversized terraces. Ornamental ironwork, natural stones, and oversized windows will make Essex on the Park stand in a class of its own. No more than five units per floor and four on the penthouse levels.
