Vida Condominiums 238 internationally inspired flats coming soon to Bellevue's metro area. It has yet to be decided whether VIDA will be LEED Certified or Built Green; however, Tonsing is committed to incorporating sustainable materials and environmentally friendly concepts into the community. Studios and one- and two-bedroom homes ranging in size from about 500 to more than 900 square feet. A collection of European-inspired living that offers the same lifestyle as larger condominiums but at a fraction of the cost.
Tonsing Properties, a Colorado based developer, has brought a new concept to Bellevue. The idea is to offer the same lifestyle of the larger condos that currently exist but at the fraction of the price. Scaling floorplans down to as small as just under 500 sq.ft., Vida Condos will offer 238 homes within 12 stories. Prices are speculated to be from $300,000-$800,000, though most should be around that $400,000-$450,000.
Homes will feature 9 ft. ceilings, hardwood floors, sleek European style in-line kitchens, open living spaces, all surrounded by a busy urban lifestyle.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for spring 2008, and move set for 2009.
